She was able to answer my questions by clearly explaining the science behind it - who knew, almost everyone craves sweets when their blood sugar is low?! Her suggestions reflected that she really listens and is particularly skillful at coming up with solutions that I can actually make actionable. With Molly's guidance, I've made a few changes that felt small to me but have greatly improved how I feel each day.
Her easy, healthy, and creative breakfast ideas (I don't like eggs or have a lot of time to cook in the AM, so I'm particularly difficult in this area) have made me excited to eat in the morning!
